Team behind the wheel

Anish co-founded Arthiswa in 2019. Anish has 10+ years of experience in Business Valuation and Transaction Advisory Services. Anish specialises in Purchase Price Allocations, Business and Equity Valuations for Strategic, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Purposes, Valuation of Intellectual Property and Valuation of Intangible Assets.

Anish has previously worked in the deal advisory, corporate ﬁnance & valuations team at KPMG in India and the business valuation team at Deloitte. As a part of his tenure in Deloitte and KPMG, he led various valuation and transaction related engagements across industries.
